Oakmere Facilities Management is a commercial security and facilities management company based in Warrington, Cheshire. We provide intruder alarm installation and servicing, CCTV systems, access control, fire safety compliance, PAT testing, carbon monoxide and flood detection, commercial cleaning, pest control, and nurse call systems to businesses across Cheshire and the North West. 2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent or harmful, or transmits unsolicited commercial communications. 3. Service Provision
All services provided by Oakmere Facilities Management are subject to a separate written agreement or quotation accepted by the client. No contract for the provision of services is formed through use of this website alone. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or service request at our discretion.
4. Installation & Maintenance Services
Our installation and maintenance services are carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with applicable British Standards and industry best practice. All work is subject to a site survey and written quotation. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the premises at agreed times. Any variations to agreed works must be confirmed in writing.
5. CCTV, Alarm & Fire Safety Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that CCTV, intruder alarm and fire safety systems are operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including UK GDPR (for CCTV), the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and any conditions imposed by insurers or regulatory bodies. Oakmere Facilities Management will advise on compliance requirements but ultimate responsibility rests with the client as the system operator.
6. Facilities Management Contracts
Facilities management services including commercial cleaning, pest control, and maintenance are provided under separate service agreements. Contract terms, service frequencies, and pricing are set out in individual client agreements. Either party may terminate a facilities management contract in accordance with the notice provisions contained in the relevant service agreement.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Deposits may be required for larger installation projects prior to commencement of works.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakmere Facilities Management's liability for any claim arising from our services or website use is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the property of Oakmere Facilities Management or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
